Limited Edition Private pressing from the now defunct Eyewitness Records. The complete concert performance by The New York Philharmonic, Erich Leinsdorf, guest Conductor and Murray Perahia, Piano. It was broadcast on May 8, 1978. Featured works are: Wagner: Siegfried Idyll - Mozart: Piano Concerto Nr. 21 (w/Perahia) - Vincent Persichetti: Concerto for English Horn and Strings - (World Premier) (with Principle Horn Thomas Stacey,solo) Debussy: La Mer. Performance taken from Stereo broadcast masters. Quality of this 2-CD set is excellent. Postage rate is for Priority, but First class or Media Mail are also available - please let me know.
