Returns are dealt with on a return to base policy, if we are made aware of the problem within the warranty period, we guarantee to repair or replace in the first instance, if we are unable to do either we will refund you. If you have to return the item please ensure it is packed correctly and with everything it was sent with, plus a short note describing the problem and the eBay reference/item number. ELECTRICAL SAFETY TESTED: All electric items sold by us are tested for electrical safety, then labelled and recorded onto the engineers log sheet with the date the PAT (portable appliance test) was carried out and all subsequent tests depending upon the type of equipment used to test. COLLECTIONS: For those that prefer to collect we provide an onsite collection service, you do not need to contact us to collect. Of course when collecting the postage charge is not due, although there is a �2 administration fee per visit to the warehouse to help offset the cost of the personnel employed to provide this service. With items that are collection only the service charge is waived. PLEASE NOTE, due to a few unscrupulous buyers who instigated a chargeback (on the grounds we had no tracking information as they had collected!) collections are now on a cash only basis. We only use national* couriers such as CityLink, Fastway, 1st class Royal Mail etc to get your goods quickly and safely right to your doorstep.
