Yamaha TC 1000 Cassette Deck Player Vtg Works Great Belt Replaced Up for auction is a vintage Yamaha Cassette Deck TC 1000 that works great. The deck just had the drive belt replaced, the pots were all cleaned, and the tape heads, FF/RW roller and capstan were cleaned. All of the lights and meter work. This is a hard to find deck that sounds great. It was a very expensive model that came out around 1978 that didn't sell well because of it's high cost. It has many features like: pitch and speed adjustment, fine bias adjustment and MPX filter not found on many tape decks. The front has some dings along the top edge there are scrapes and dings on the wood back. This has a real wood veneer case not the cheap vinyl covered back. The deck boxed weighs in at 27 lbs.
