The keyboard rests on top of the stand ) The Yamaha YPT 220 comes with a range of voices and effects, including 375 instrument voices, 100 accompaniment styles and 9 reverb settings. The model also offers 361 Xglite voices, 12 drum kits and a sound effect kit, making it a great tool for experimenting with! With 32-note polyphony, the YPT 220 will ensure that dropout is minimal, and a good sound quality is maintained. Included on the model is a custom LCD display, sound effect library, metronome, tempo range, transpose and tuning functions, making the YPT220 a fun and versatile instrument. The model’s 2 x12 cm speakers are powered by 2 x 2.5W amplifiers, providing a good level of volume for private use. The keyboard also runs on batteries which is very handy if mains power is inaccessible or impractical.
