This piece is used but in great condition. This was acquired on a trade in from a local SEAL. Has a Kong Tango snap hook on one end, and a standard shackle on the other. The buckles may have some light scratches on the finish from use and storage. The bungee straps display no signs of fraying or piling. Besides minor cosmetic wear, the retention lanyard appears to be fully functional, but we do recommend you get the item inspected by a professional before use.
