I wish I was more familiar with how to explain the variety of printing applications for the photos and what the various paper utilized is called. I hope that the photographs will provide you with an idea. Lots of old city advertisements. The Foreword in this book indicates that "...the publication has after all really ben made possible by the genreous co-operation of the Department of Manual Training, under whose direction this Blizzard appears as the first more pretentious product of our own printing press." I did a little research and found some additional information on the president of the school at that time: George A. McFarland President 1892-1918 In December of his first year, the school moved from the McDonald Block into a building simply known as "the Main building," which over the years became known as "Old Main."
