Yei Navajo Rug, Very Tight Weave, 47" X 39 1/2", No Holes,Tears,Or Stains. ?1970tys ? This is one Fantastic Rug the Photos dont do it Justice.I've never had it Appraised by a Professional. But more then one Collector Identified it as a ("Nanny Begay" Style Weaving( if not done by her Personally at least done by one of Her Students. Its a Exceptionly Tight Weave, With Begay's Traditional Date or Age Lines at Bottom edge of Rug.The only Blemish on the rug is A plume has been added to Headress of the Dancer 3rd from the Left.It was done with Wht Chaulk,its on both sides of rug.I dont know why or who added it,.Since it was done with caulk it is able to be removed Easily. I would like to Say, I'm not a Rug Expert and any Discription Mistakes you might find in this Listing or Honest Mistakes. So Take a look at the pictures and Decide for yourself.
