If you are looking for that special holiday gift for that special subway/railroad aficionado in you life, then you have found it with this auction.Description: An official New York Transit vest with reflector, safety stripes.--brand new--never used. And last, an extremely rare medallion issued in 1979 to commemorate the seventy-fifth anniversary of the New York Transit system. I have described the items to the best of my abilities, and I have no intention of committing fraud. A word about my feedback--I had a 100% rating until this year. Now my rating is 97% because of one negative feedback. The buyer did not follow rules, took two weeks to pay, and never answered my e-mails. When I informed him that I offered the items to the runner-up, he gave me negative feedback, even after I refunded his money--twice! He reported me to eBay, and believe it or not, eBay supported him . This buyer, who is now an unregistered user, refers to me as a bad person, impolite, etc. I assure you that I am not, just an unemployed person who needs to sell his belongings to help pay the bills. In short--. Winner must contact seller within 1 day after the close of auction to confirm his/her intention to pay for the item(s) .
