Bound copies of New York Mirror dated July 6, 1833 to June 21, 1834. 5 engravings missing otherwise complete. Vol. 11, copies 1 through 51. 416 pages total. Music sheet with each copy. Index at back. Title sheet badly foxed. Text sheets are intermittently slightly foxed but not bad. Hinges OK. Title sheet a bit pulled away from page 1. Original marbled boards rubbed, scuffed. Spine recovered. Frontispiece and endpapers rough. Excellent referance piece for the period. The Mirror was one of the early magazine type formats published in this country. Book size 11'' X 14''.
