Up for bids today is a vintage magazine 13 page article "The Parks and The People" written by Samuel Parsons Jr. Ex Superintendent of New York Parks and carefully removed from The Outlook Magazine published in 1898. Article is in very good condition - May have some rough edges where separated from binding. All text is excellent, and pictures are very good quality.
