This is an Typical Yorkshire Victorian Longcase,Grandfather Clock requiring some restoration.The clock has a Eight day striking movement and a pretty arched Painted dial (Please look at photos) thier is a makers name but i cant work read it . The case is of Fiqured Mahogany with a arched hood with turned coloums to each side .The trunk has turned qtr coloums .The trunk door is nicely shaped .It comes with its original pendulem and two weights and key.Condition: For some Restoration straight from a local house clearance .The movement appears to be all there and works for a short time only .The movement itself is very dirty as is the case ! Also the below1) Dial needs Black work re finishing2) Very slight venner work to hood3) Hood door needs re attaching4) Hood colum right side needs slight attention to base and re fixing5) Side moulding needs re glueing6) suspencion broken Size : 93 ins Tall by 24.25 ins Wide by 10.25 ins deep (approx) I do try very hard to describe items as acurately as possible noting any damage repairs etc but please feel free to ask me any questions and I will do my very best to answer themPlease note this item is unsuitable for sending by Post Office due to its size, but you are Welcome to Collect and it will fit in many estate and read more
