Up for auction today I am selling this Stunning Zebra Pedestal mount that comes with the handmade pedestal as well. You will need to put this guy in a place where he can really be appreciated. This fully mature Burchells Zebra was killed in Namibia in 2001 and the Taxidermy is World Class! Super defined detail in the neck face and shoulders as well as full septum in the nose and nictitating membranes in the eyes. This mount is in new condition and is exceptional in every detail. The eye to nose measurement is 13 1/2 inches and the mount with the pedestal stands 75 inches tall. The pedestal alone stands 35 inches tall and 20 inches wide at the base. This mount is completely finished front to back with black suede leather covering the back and the mount rotates a full 360 degrees on the pedestal allowing you to display it any way you like. You will be getting a real showpiece with this mount and will appreciate its beauty for many years to come. This beautiful mount is in showroom condition and has been kept in a climate controlled environment since the mount was completed. It looks like it just came from the taxidermist and has no cracking and dryness like a lot of mounts sometimes show. Whoever wins this mount is going to be very pleased and will see things in this mount that the pictures just can't show in regards to detail.
