Hello, I have been commissioned to sell two large rooms of vintage electronics from a gentleman that has been collecting them for decades and needs to clear out one of the two rooms.These awe inspiring pieces have been well taken care of in a regulated environment, and most are in original pristine museum condition like this 1952 Zenith Wavemagnet Transoceanic shortwave radio that you are bidding on. The radio is in close to perfect original condition and works like new.It picks up multiple channels on all frequencies from all over the world. This piece may very well be the best existing example left in the world. All dials work perfectly with no static. All surfaces are clean and bright. The original speaker sounds clear and crisp.The insides are clean as well with no signs of wear. The original power cord and plug look like new. This radio is 100% functional and comes with two complete sets of new replacement tubes, the original owner's manual, full schematic, and a complete channel guide. The antenna is clean, bright and straight. All brass is nice and shiny. Virtually no marks or scratches anyw This peice should be in a museum, but will none the less be sold to the highest bidder.
