Zeta Tau Alpha

Up for auction is this fine, vintage 10k yellow gold sorority pin.

Zeta Tau Alpha was founded October 15, 1898, by nine women at the State Female Normal School (now Longwood University )in Farmville , Virginia .

This badge features a 6 pointed shield that has 12 pearls and 12 rubies. The center has the Greek letters ZTA around a crown with lower case Greek letters at the bottom. The back of the badge is engraved "EFW Beta Psi '60" This badge is a very nice quality badge and is fully ported in the back. The badge stands 14mm (9/16") tall and weighs in at 2.3 grams.

I guarantee this badge to be 10K gold as tested. The pin and clasp are in excellent, original, and wearable condition. Thank you for looking and enjoy bidding!
