Designed and made in the USA. Designed to last for generations. Tough enough for the whole family to use.Trolley and handle are made of high strength aluminum alloy 6061-T6 . The handle is firmly clamped to the trolley (rotating handles will eventually fail from the side plates sawing through them). The trolley is uniquely designed to prevent the cable from slipping off the pulleys. The trolley comes fully assembled.350 lbs load rating Included in the package is 100 feet of galvanized steel cable 7/32”diameter (6000 pound tensile strength, stronger and less stretch than similar systems with 1/8” or 3/16” diameter cable).Additional length of cable can be supplied upon request for $0.30 per foot for any additional length over 100 ft (you won't find a better price at a hardware store). For example, if you wanted 150 ft of cable, you would be billed an additional $15 after the end of the auction. For 200 ft of cable you would be billed an additional $30. Shipping weight would increase one pound for each additional 10 feet supplied.The two cable pulleys are made of tough, wear resistant, Glass Reinforced Nylon with integral ball bearings . These pulleys result in substantially longer cable life when compared with metal pulleys. The dual bearings in these pulleys prevent the rotating part of the pulley from contacting the trolley, therefore there is no trolley wear or trolley failure from pulley contact.Two cable clamp sets are included (each set contains three forged clamps and a thimble).Trolley return rope is included.Also included is a Users Manual including mounting tips and techniques.The kit is complete for mounting around two large trees.A turnbuckle is not required to tension this Zip Line; there are other methods described in the Users Manual (turnbuckles only give you 6 or 9 inches of tensioning stroke, with methods described in manual you can easily take up 3 feet of slack). If you would like a turnbuckle, I can supply a turnbuckle kit for $20 . This turnbuckle kit includes: a 1/2"x9" turnbuckle (2200 lbs working load), three additional forged clamps, and an additional 10 foot piece of cable.If you need less then 100ft of cable let me know and I will discount accordingly.If you are not happy with the Zip Line kit, return it within 14 days after receiving for a full refund (return shipping charges are not included in the refund).Look for a Buy It Now listing if you want to buy before the end of this auction. NOTE: Brakes are a hazard on backyard zip lines. Do not set-up your zip line to require brakes to stop; use gravity and slack in the cable to stop the cable ride. If you setup your zip line to require brakes to stop and the child does not use them or the brakes malfunction, the child will hit the end tree. Do not expect the child to take their hand off the trolley handle and trigger a brake to stop.
