If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, we offer a return/exchange policy up to 14 days from receipt provided that the item is returned in its original condition, including box, sleeve, manual, tags, etc. Item must be returned intact as received by Buyer. If the Zippo shows any signs of scuffs or damage, we will not be able to accept it for return or exchange. No return/exchange allowed 14 days after receipt of shipment.

Shipping costs by cause of return/exchange are our responsability if it was our fault. Otherwise, buyer will pay the shipping costs or we will do the refund of the item less S&H costs.
