Zsolnay Porcelain - Red Eosin Vase
This slender vase is an unusual Zsolnay design, rarely, if ever, seen on this site. This is a late-1950s pattern, no longer in production, finished with a deep and lustrous, red Eosin glaze. This vase measures 8 inches tall. It bears the three-shield Zsolnay mark in use between 1925 and 1970. This piece is in beautiful condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs. It is not perfect, however, as t is one very thin scratch near the top, as noted in the photo. (PLEASE NOTE: The glaze on this piece is smooth and lustrous, but it appears very uneven in the photos. That is because red color does not show well at the low resolution allowed on eBay site. ) Payment & Shipping Info: I accept payment by PayPal, money order or personal check. Add $6.00 additional for shipping within the U.S. by Priority Mail. Shipping to international destinations is somewhat higher. Shipping insurance coverage is extra, and is based on the winning bid amount. Winning bidder must make contact within 3 days and pay within 10 days of auction closing, or the sale will be null and void. I will ship item within two days of Personal checks must clear the bank first.
