Item # 99. A Zsolnay Vase. Size: 11.75" tall. Round raised factory mark, incised form number 5999 - dating this vase to 1900. Partial paper label intact. Condition: as noted in the photos with a red line, one of the four handles have been broken and repaired.The restoration was well done. This is the only repair and loss. This glaze decoration was released in different appearances.The flowers painted at the neck of this vase are very stylized and represent the Art Nouveau Style. The surface of this vase is very glossy while the painted flowers and leaves have a hazy / out of focus quality about them. Please note that this vase is pictured on page 139 of "Zsolnay Ceramics Collecting a Culture" published by Schiffer Pub. Payment: check or money order and shipped after check clears.
