Navajo Zuni American Indian Pipestone Jet Turquoise Raccoon Fetish by Suzette Lementino - wonderful fetish! This beautiful raccoon is carved by Suzette Lementino. The artist's initials "S L" and "ZUNI" are carved on the bottom of the fetish. The raccoon is carved from pipestone, jet & has turquoise inlay eyes. The raccoon measure 3 1/4" long x 7/8" tall x 1" wide. A gift box is included with purchase. The raccoon represents a bandit; shyness; resourcefulness. American Indians have used fetishes throughout history, especially the Southwestern Indians. A fetish is considered to have magical powers.
