11 antique glass swirl marbles - most measure 11/16 inch diameter

A selection of antique glass swirl marbles, c1900 probably German in origin.

11/16". Four multi-ply alternating y-w encage 4 banded core with bands alternating r-y, b-w, r-y, g-w. Very large pontil. One 2mm chip. (See left-most marble in detail photo.) 11/16". Three 3-ply white threads encage three banded core with bands in r-y-r b-y-b g-y-g. 3mm chip. (Second from left marble in detail photo.) 11/16". Loose multi-colour threads partially encage misty centre. End of cane?. Very good condition. (Middle marble in detail photo.) 11/16". Loose multicolour threads partially encage misty centre. End of cane? Very good condition. (Second from right marble in detail photo). 11/16". Three 4-ply threads w-y-y-w encage three banded core. One chip 1mm. (Right-most marble in detail photo.) 11/16". Three 3-ply white threads encage three wide banded core. 2 very large bruises and 2-3 mm chip 11/16". Four broad bands y-r-y w-b-w y-r-y w-g-w encage white latticinio core. Large internal crack. 2 mm chip 11/16". Three y-w-w-y threads encage a three banded core. one large chip 7-8mm 5/8". Four r-b bands, no inner. Large internal crack 11/16". Blue glass with white swirl - chips and surface marks 9/16" jacob-coat/onionskin predominantly b w and g. 5mm chip and other surface marks
