1917 14k Gold Pennsylvania State Regent Honorary pin and ribbon

measures 3" long x 1 7/8" wide

No chips to enamel, there is 1 air bubble burst you can see in the photo on the top center of the pin

Grosgrain ribbon needs to be stitched again, light wear to ribbon.

These have been kept in immaculate condition from the family that is heir to Emma Crowell

Wonderful history to this item. I have her grandfathers Masonic fob as well. I also have the entire collection of medals, of the Officer positions held and things like that.

Emma Lydia Crowell, born 1868. Direct descendant of the Mayflower by relationship to Elizabeth Tilly, who also came over with her parents John and Joan Tilly, and her uncle Edward and his wife, Ann.

All family members died in the first winter except Elizabeth, who was 13 years of age.

She was adopted by the Carvers , and they passed during the second winter.

They gave the estate to their servant, John Howland, who Elizabeth was ward of, to be married to him in the future.
