ITEM : Up for sale is this antique vintage Indenture or Deed document dated 1808. This rare piece of ephemera, all of the document hand written, is between a John Cox and his wife Ann of Oxmead, Burlington County, New Jersey NJ of the one part and Joseph Henry (Gun Maker) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania PA of the other part. For the sum of $1,200 for a piece of property in Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia PA. The document measures approx. 27 x 12.5 inches when fully opened.
