1839 Hartford CT letter stampless FOX DESCENDANTS WINDHAM REVOLUTIONARY WAR vet

This folded lettersheet / stampless letter has a very faint / partial circular date stamp for what I assume is HARTFORD Ct. (you cand just see the ORD), a 6 cents rate, and is addressed to Hon. [????] W. White, Esq., Windham, Ct., and is an approxmiate two page letter written by 'Russell & Goodwin'. The dateline is Hartford August 8th 1839.

It's hard to decipher the writing in this letter. Luckily, the handwriting is better on the 'form' page of the letter.

The letter came from the firm of 'Russell & Goodwin', there's no telling who did the actual handwriting.
