1857 A.P. Critchlow & Co. Union Case Ambrotype Daguerreotype photo frame felt

You are bidding on a beautiful photo case from the late 1850s. It is an A.P. Critchlow & Company Union Case. It measures 2 inches wide and is made of wood with a maroon/red felt lining on the right. It has two brass hinges that are in great shape. There is no photo or glass.
There is a label that says "A.P. Critchlow & Co., sole manufacturers of Union Cases with Embracing Riveted Hinges. Pantented Oct. 14, 1856 and April 21, 1857."
