1868 Salt Lake City Jennings Letter load flour to Kimball Wagons & Pay Holladay

Salt Lake City May 25 1868 W. A. Carter Esq Bridger Dear Sir Bishop Sharp has received a letter from his brother stating that he had delivered the flour but he did not send your receipt, did you receipt to him for the flour, if not please send the receipt to me and cr the freight to my a/c. We have loaded all the flour except 36 1/2 sks which will be loaded into D P Kimball's wagons tomorrow and will leave the city immediately after loading. Please pay J D Holladay for freight 30 sacks, the balance of the flour pleas cr to my a/c as I have arranged to settle the freight will send bill tomorrow W Jennings pr clerk
