**This auction is for an antique 1880s stereoview by the Duhem Brothers out of Denver Colorado. It is from a Rocky Mountain Scenery series and is listed as No 230 in the Rare Birds and Animals of Colorado set. This features a very odd image of a buffalo head placed in some pine tree branches. It appears this is a mounted buffalo head made to "appear" as they caught it in the wild. The images are faded some and not sharp, and there is a little moisture damage on the edges. A very unique view though and shows quite well. It measures just under 7" by 4" and will be a nice addition to your collection!
