Offered is a Plate #5 from the "Atlas of Properties Along the Pennsylvania Railroad - City Line to Malvern." It was published by G.M. Hopkins, 320 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA in 1881. This is a color plate map.

Plate #5 shows HAVERFORD COLLEGE STATION & POST OFFICE, Ardmore Station, Pennsylvania Railroad Tracks, Haverford College Grounds, Ardmore Public School, Masonic Temple, St. Paul Evang. & Luth. Church, Red Lion Hotel Store, and Ardmore House. The map shows Main roads such as Greys Road & Cheswold Lane which now bounds the MERION CRICKET CLUB, Philadelphia & Lancaster Turnpike, Old Lancaster Road, Ardmore Avenue, Cricket Ave, Haverford Avenue. Location of stone and brick houses, frame house, stone and brick barns and stables, framed barns and stables. Property lines, their owners and the acreage of the larger properties.
