1882+ Mini SILESIA HERMANN OHME MUSTARD JAR + SPOON Shipping Weight: 1 lb. 1 oz. Size in US Inches (LxWxH): Mustard - 3.50 x 2.75 x 3.50 / Spoon - 4.00 x 1.00 Colors: White, Pink, Purple, Green, Brown, Gold Manufacturer : Hermann Ohme Porcelain Manufactory (logo) - Germany Condition: This wonderful late 19th Century Hermann Ohme mustard jar and porcelain spoon are in EXCELLENT condition. T is no crazing, no chips and no cracks or restoration apparent. T is some gilding wear - and some missing gilding (very minor) we don't believe could have been from wear because of its placment on the mustard jar. We are uncertain if the accompanying porcelain spoon is an exact match, but if not, it's very complimentary.About this piece: This miniature lidded mustard jar has a very scalloped top rim and a comparably scalloped base. It has an embossed pattern to the porcelain. It has a transfer design of flowers and greens that circle the center of the shape of this pot. It handles as a very delicate piece. This was part of the Glen and Laura Ruth Hart estate that was recently liquidated at auction in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. On the bottom, it has a manufacturer's mark and "Germany" in green on the finished/glazed base.
