You are bidding on a BEAUTIFUL & SMALL TOWN RELATED old "good for" style trade token which actually is good for " GOOD FOR 5C IN TRADE " at business called " L. W. RADKE " (perhaps old bar, drinking establishment), which was located in tiny little old downtown MARMARTH, NORTH DAKOTA. This is a very nice token, AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN A TOKEN FROM " MARMARTH, ND ". The tiny little town of MARMARTH only has a population of around 136, and is located in Slope County North Dakota... located due east of the Montana state line and Miles City Montana, and not too far from Theodore Roosevelt National Monument. This is a token I know very little about. I do not own any North Dakota exonumia books. This came out of a small collection of North Dakota tokens, please watch for future listings. This is a nice old token.. These old tiny towns from ND are very collectible, and frankly, I have never seen a token from MARMARTH. Trade token is white metal, round, about 21mm in diameter, and it displays very nicely. (please see pictures in gallery) Token has not been cleaned in any way, but very strong details. Gallery pictures should give you all the information you need. Nice old "good for" token , once used at the at the " L. W. RADKE " business in old tiny downtown of MARMATH, N.D. Thanks so much for looking....collect and invest in history!!!!! read more
