1906 large picture with writeup out of a magazine in London. measures aprx 15x11. The thing i find most fascinating about this is that there were 2 goals not 1. writeup says if player makes it in the goal standing up it is worth 2 points. if they place it in the goal on the ground it is 1 point. sold as is. Please check my auctions for rare girls and womens basketball artifacts as I begin to clear out a collection dating back to the 1890s and has been showcased at the Fina 4 and more. This comes from the collection of a women's basketball historian who is clearing out much of his decorated archives. John Molina was inducted into the CT Women's basketballl Hall of Fame in 2007. The New England Basketball Hall of Fame in 2013 was on stage when the All American Red Heads were inducted as the first womens basketball team inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2013. His artifacts have been shown around the country at NCAA tournaments, state-wide exhibits and professional womens basketball games.
