Vintage 1913-1915 Photo on Postcard Backing of the Lyons-Atlas Automobile Factory in Indianapolis, Indiana

The photo has been glued to the postcard paper.


The Lyons Atlas was an American automobile manufactured from 1913 until 1915. A product of Indianapolis, cars featured Knight sleeve-valve engines and worm-drive rear axles; they were designed by Harry A. Knox.

The Lyons-Atlas Company was located at East 19th and Martindsale Streets in Indianapolis.

Markings Printed on the water tower is Lyons Atlas and another word I cannot read.

Date c. 1913


Good. T is soil/staining on the back of the postcard and what looks like glue on the front.

A nice collectible.
