1914 $5 FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE - COLUMBUS, PILGRIMS

Offered is a 1914 series U.S. Federal Reserve Note, blue seal. The reverse features Columbus (left) and the Pilgrims (right). It was issued by the Philadelphia bank and signed by White and Mellon.

This bill has full crispness, detail, and color. It has no pin holes, folded corners, smudges, or tears and is well centered. The only sign that this bill was handled outside a bank is a faint fold crease through the center -- that only the discerning eye would see. Because of that I grade it Almost Uncirculated.
