1920s Cottage Pottery Sponge Ware Vintage Sugar Bowl Handpainted Norman Franks

Charming cottage ware sugar bowl designed in the 20s to retail to farmers or low income families. As they were everyday ware, most of them got broken, therefore they have became rare and now highly collectable and people try to hunt them quickly. The method of painting used was sponge. This charming piece could be used along with our 2 other items, as they are from the same era and although not same patterns, they could be matched.
