1923 Mounted Steer Horn Coat Rack Brass Horse Heads

Up for bid is a wonderful piece of Western Americana . This is a coat rack with mounted steer horns. The hooks are brass horses' heads . This item is marked on the back with a T in a circle and the date 1923. I have taken a close up of the mark. This is made to hang on the wall. The plaque measures 22 and 1/4 inches by 16 inches. The horns are just under 27 inches wide. The wood plaque has quite a bit of wear as you can see in the photos and as you would expect due to age. The horseheads are in very good condition as are the horns. Part of the horns are wrapped in leather and t is some cracking of the leather, tried to show this in one of the photos. This would look wonderful in a bunk house , cabin just about anyw with a western theme. Bought at a local estate auction several years ago. I have tried to estimate the weight and size the package will be when ship. If the actual shipping is less , I will refund the difference. The winning bidder is to pay postage and insurance. Payment may be made by Paypal, Money Order or Personal Check. Thanks for looking and please take a minute to check out my other auctions.
