1940 Shelby Traveler Ballooner Bicycle Older Restore!

This is a 1940's Shelby Traveler, manufactured by the Shelby Bicycle Company out of Shelby, Ohio.

Coke bottle grips are NOS. Seat has been recovered and is black leather with nice crash rail. Underpan is minty, springs are minty. Chain is minty vintage Diamond NOS. Headbadge is one of the cleanest I've seen. With gold and black accents.
To make it a complete original, it would need old whitewalls (B.F. Goodrich or the like) and wheels. Wheels and tires (26X2.125 ballooners) are reproduction on this bike, and are very clean, and show nice.
