AND UNDERSTAND AUCTION DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS This pin was presented to individuals that worked on the Manhattan Project (atomic bomb development) in the 1940's. The front has "Manhattan Project" across the top, a large "A" with the word "Bomb" below it in the center and a picture of a building at the bottom. The back has pin clasp (missing the piece that turns/locks) and was manufactured by the Whitehead & Hoag company. Pin is in very good condition.. measuring 3/4" wide, 1/16ths thick. Do see my other fabulousfinds !! NOTICE : This item is in the condition as noted above... . I try my best to point out all problems, defects or flaws if any at all.
