Opening a new drive for volunteer blood donors among employees of the financial district the first public demonstration of blood giving held in New York City was held today on the steps of the Sub-Treasury Building. Peter J Norton Union City NJ an employee of the Federal Reserve Bank of NY is the donor and Lt Frank Costello injects the needle. This was Mr. Nortons 12th donation.Photo measures 9 x 7.25inches.
