1950 Calendar with Dog Rosseau Print
This calendar was found in the estate of a dear friend who was a professional dog handler. She collected all things dog and loved all breeds. This calendar must have been purchased from an antique dealer or collector who preserved it with protective packaging, as it is pictured. It has never been opened and is in mint condition as photographed. The artist who painted the original of the print of the dogs, is one of the most famous dog artists of all time, Percival Rosseau. His original paintings sell for many thousands of dollars. The print on the calendar is of one of his paintings titled: "Quail Time"
This calendar has a number printed on the picture as well as on the calendar paper. The number is 324 and I do not know its significance.
The calendar measures 10 1/2 inches wide by 12 1/2 inches high.
