I have recently come into a HUGE estate loaded with vintage jewelry, with thousands of items dated from Victorian through mid-century. I am still sorting through it all and just now listing pieces, as I hope to be doing throughout the coming weeks and months. This is a great example of Hattie Carnegie's knack for style and elegance. It probably dates back to the 1950's and is marked "Hattie Carnegie" on a cartouche on the back of the catch. The bracelet is 7" long and just shy of 1" wide and is made of 5 tiers of individually set white glass (I believe) stones. T are approximately 157 gorgeous stones total in this bracelet, including 13 larger diamond shaped ones. Each is prong set, with a solid back. It gives the appearance of a cuff bracelet, but flexible and with spaces between each stone. The center tier, which includes the larger stones, sits higher than the other tiers, which are also graduated slightly for a lovely effect.
