Youthful fans surrounded rookie second baseman Ken Hubbs of the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley field Tuesday after he had tied the National league record of 57 consecutive games without an error. Hubbs has handled 303 chances in the streak. The record was set by Red Schoendienst of the St. Louis Cardinals in 1950.
