MGB ROADSTER 1979-ONE FAMILY OWNER This car was bought new in 01-04-1979 by my cousin. He ran it for approximately 6 year and then left it in his garage. Around 1992 he decided to remove the trim, seats screen, bumbers etc and rub down the paint work, thats as far as he got! I bought it off him 20-08-1993 and had it re-sprayed, built it back to original and my wife used it for about 3 years. When our second baby came that was it, we stored it in our garage for approx 13 years. We decided to get it going again and have used it since October 2009, it has done 1001 miles since then! Sadly my wife has lost interest in it. My own passion lies with a 1961 Triumph TR3A, so its time for the MGB to go. Since putting it back on the road I have: Painted the original Rostyle wheels (Spare not original) Fitted new tyres Fitted Stainless Steel exhaust New Battery Replaced Clutch Master & Slave cylinder rubbers New front discs & pads Fitted Stainless steel splashguards in the front wheel arch The hood was replaced just before it was garaged 13 years ago, very good condition as you can see from the pictures. Original interior and Orange deckchair seats! MOT until 17-10-2011 Tax ran out end of March 2011 Mileage is 52503 Please be aware of the following points : The overdrive has stopped working The bodywork is really solid but
