1980 Fenton Milk Glass Hobnail Holly & Berry Vase by Louise Piper MARKED This unique 1980 Fenton Milk Glass Hobnail Holly & Berry Vase by Louise Piper is 9 1/4 inches tall with a base of 2 1/2 inches and an opening of 3/4 inches. This was recently purchased at an estate auction. This is marked on the bottom and can be seen in the last picture. It is also signed and dated 1980. The condition is EXCELLENT with no cracks or chips. There are a few black rub marks on the hobnails that maybe visible in the pictures which may come off with additional cleaning. The vase was gently cleaned so as not to disturb the hand painted holly. Please review the high resolution pictures because they are part of the description. The vase is a bright white with no hint of grayness. It is dense and opaque with beautiful handpainted Holly & Berry bunches. This style can be identified in the "Collectible Glassware from the 40s, 50s, 60s Ninth Edition and illustrated value guide" by Gene and Cathy Florence on page 110.
