You are bidding on a 19th Century/circa 1860 Staffordshire figurine. This is of a couple 'Going to Market'. As you can see it is marked near the bottom of statue. Figurine is in excellent condition with age related crazing to mostly contained to the bottom 2 inches of the base. T is no chips or cracks. Figure is about 8 inches tall. This would be considered a flatback. As they would have used them on mantles. Reproduction figurines would have a much large hole in the bottom for firing. As you can see in the picture, this one does not. This is one of two figurines I have on this week. Any questions, please email me BEFORE bidding. I require payment within 7 days of auction ending. I also require insurance on any item selling for 50.00 or more. Insurance is optional under that amount, however I am not responsible for items that may get lost or damaged in shipping. I am happy to combine shipping if buying more than one item. Please wait until I invoice you before paying through the ebay checkout system. International buyers, contact me if shipping charges are not posted. Happy bidding and thanks for looking! Check out my other items !
