In the late 19 th century, large Victorian Homes would have a "Foyer" which was a small hallway that separated the front door with the rest of the home by a second front door. This second front door many times had a fancy glass decorated window. The 24 ¾ wide by 32 ¾" tall by ¼" thick glass in this auction is from one of these Victorian Foyer Doors. In the middle is a vignette with several hand cut flowers and a dragon fly. Around the outside are classic Victorian swirls, and designs, all hand cut unto the glass.
