The July 11, 2000 Space Exploration and Achievement Press Sheet (Scott #3409-3413) was issued at the World Stamp Expo and consists of five individual sheets featuring the first hologram, circular and pentagonal U.S. postage stamps. Total face value: $38.50

The Press Sheet is mint with no toning, perf seps, and full gum. It is approximately 20.5 inches wide and 16.5 inches high.

Sheet 1 - #3409 - Six Probing the Vastness of Space 60-cent International Rate stamps.

#3409a - The 2.4-meter Hubble Space Telescope in Earth orbit.

#3409b - Radio interferometer at the National Science Foundation’s Very Large Array in New Mexico.

#3409c - Twin 10-meter optical and infrared telescopes at the Keck Observatory in Hawaii.

#3409d - Optical telescopes at the National Science Foundation’s Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory in Chile.

#3409e - The 100-inch optical telescope at Mount Wilson Observatory in California.

#3409f - The 305-meter radio telescope at the National Science Foundation’s Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico.

The sheet selvage depicts a digitally enhanced image from the Hubble Space Telescope, depicting the stellar nursery known as the Eagle Nebula.
