2008 Reverse of 2007 Silver Eagle 1 Oz Coin NGC MS70!

You Are Bidding On (1) 2008 Reverse of 2007 $1 Silver American Eagle Error COIN graded a PERFECT MS70 By NGC!! It appears as a darkish tone is matte light, but in room lighting or outdoor light it is very reflective and has a brilliant silvery shiny quality. That is the best I can do to describe it. I took several pictures, you can see each reaction the toning has in the second and third pictures. I sent it to NGC to see what this was and they said it was most likely part of the planchet when the coin was struck and they upheld their grading as MS70!
