Up for auction is a vintage Angel Hair Christmas tree topper made by the National Tinsel Company in the 1950's. It has gold foil stars & the gold wings are made of a type of cardboard that has a couple of bends, but only one tear on the left wing, but the wing is still attatched. It measures 8" x 8 1/2" from the edges of the scalloped spun glass. T is a cardboard tube that the top of the tree goes into. This is beautiful and would make a wonderful addition to any Victorian Christmas. The box is not in very good condition with the top flap and the plastic window missing. this was wrapped in plastic in the box when I obtained it. The original price tag on the box is 79 cents.
