Good condition excepting the front page is missing and the binding is loose. However, I have included this issue here due to the important supplement with it. See below. There are some signs of use, but nothing serious. NOTE: The scan images tend to be harsher than what is actually there. Paper discoloration or stains show as darker than in real life. Wrinkles are exaggerated.
