UK BUYERS We do combine to save on postage costs and all we ask is that you settle the invoice every 7 days. Items are sent tracked.
OVERSEAS BUYERS We will combine but if the weight of the parcel goes over 2kgs it does get expensive to ship. Items overseas are not sent tracked if you want tracked then please let us know.

General Terms
Description
The majority of items we sell are new although some of the boxes are damaged which we class as reasonably good. These we buy from many wholesalers but the kits are undamaged and it gives buyers a chance to get a bargin.
Some of the kits we sell are previously owned. These we do check to the best of our abilitly and describe and photograph if damaged or started.
We are keen for all of our customers to enjoy their purchases & don't want any of them to be disappointed. So if there are any unexpected faults with your purchase please contact us & we will do everything that we can to resolve the matter.
Feedback
We feel that your side of the agreement has been completed once payment has been made and feedback is left automatically once we receive your feedback.
As a seller our feedback & detailed seller ratings are of enormous importance to us. We want you to be truthful & fair in your opinion of our service to you. We would however be grateful for the opportunity to try to resolve any problems that you may have had before you leave feedback.
Non Payment
We earn part of our living by selling on eBay and we also have a retail shop in Poole, Dorset and also mail order through the shop etc.
Because of this it makes a huge difference to us when people mess us about & wont pay.
It is all quite simple.
Postage & Packing
Everyone hates having to pay for postage but it is unfortunately a necessary evil. As a business we have to pay 20% Vat on all our postage costs.
We keep your costs to a minimum by 'recycling' as many materials as possible however there will always be materials to be bought.
Unlike many other sellers we don't charge you for the time taken to wrap things up.
There is also a cost involved in brown paper and tape, jiffy bags etc.
Please bear this in mind before giving us a low rating on the feedback system.
As with all things if you are unhappy with our service please contact us first.
We do combine postage
Overseas Buyers
Posting to Italy has now become a major problem and all items will be sent tracked only and this involves extra cost. Sorry but too many parcels are going astray to Italy.
Payment
We only accept pay pal from overseas buyers.
Postage
We only send parcels by air mail.
Please note if the weight goes over 2kgs then it has to go parcelforce and this is expensive so please ask before bidding.
Europe airmail for 2kgs is £15
Usa, Canada & Rest of the World airmail for 2kgs is £25.
We will not split deliveries into smaller orders so please do not ask.
