Found in my elderly aunt and uncle's cupboard is this set of 8 Mexican pottery divided plates. They visited Mexico decades ago; probably sometime in the 50's. Each measures 9.50" and are handpainted in bright colors against brown, black, green and blue backgrounds. "Mexico" or "Handmade in Mexico" is inprinted on the back of each. T are a few places w the glazing has chipped but other than that t are no breaks or chips. Thank you for checking out my auctions. Please remember that my vintage or antique items have been used so will have normal wear and tear due to age. I try to describe my items as honestly as I can but sometimes imperfections may slip by me. Please email me with any questions prior to bidding. It has come to my attention that the plates are from Tlaquepaque, Mexico and probably from the 1940's. Thank you for your interest in my auction.
